Avon Gel Nail Polish Review

The Avon gel finish nail Polish is a recent buy and love for me!  They have a large range of colors, for a price of $7.00 regular price. (Keep in mind Avon is always having some kind of sale or discount going on.)
^^ pictures form the Avon website

These are my nails after 6 days with one coat on.  The consistory was about like any other nail polish, not too thin, not toO thick. One thing to note is that it takes a while to dry, so make some time to be inactive for about 30-45mins after painting. (If you have extreme patients, which I usually do not :) This is a polish that does not require a setting light. The finish is very smooth and keeps a shiny finish as long as you have it on. Overall I am actually really really impressed by this polish, and am interested in trying out some more colors.

Thank you very much for reading! If you've got any questions, leave me a comment! XOXO, emily

Waterproof vs. Water resistant

Water Resistant-
having a finish that resists but does
 not entirely prevent water
Waterproof-
leaves an object unaffected
by water

Summing it up:

For those of you who have bought
a water resistant mascara and
expected it to stay on all day at the
pool, but when you check in the
mirror, you are shocked to see the
raccoon looking back at you, it's okay
I am sure it happens ALL the time.
This kind of mascara is not as strong
as waterproof, but a little stronger
than regular mascara. Hopefully this
informed you guys about the
difference between WATERPROOF
and WATER RESISTANT mascaras.

guys out!!

ELF Review

E.L.F Review

NEW Elf 80 Colors Day to Night Palette

 General Information:

  • $25.00 (Sometimes they have sales, and it lowers to $15)
  • Wide range of colors
    • matte-shimmery
    • light-dark
    • bright
Here are some swatches of the bright pink, a medium brown, a white (hard to see), and a deep purple.
I really like to pigmentation of this palette, all of the colors that I have tested out are all really pretty.

I am thinking this could be the "night" look color tray, there are some deep colors. Although, this tray is removable and has bright blues, a BRIGHT pink, a John Deer green, and so much more.

This tray cannot be removed and these could possibly be the "day" look colors. I have really been using both trays for day and night looks.  This tray has some really pretty light greens, and many neutral shades.

I thought I should show you the size, just in case you travel or are limited with space or whatever.  This is about twice the size of the Too Face Natural Eye
Palette.  I think this is a really "compact" palette to be holding 80 eye shadows.

To sum up this palette, I would say the pigmentation is really nice, nice packaging, huge mirror, good size, amazing price, and beautiful colors!

I really hope that you enjoyed!!! Check out E.L.F cosmetics, www.eyeslipsface.com Also, please subscribe http://rainealldayllc.blogspot.com/

EXTRA SMALL HAUL :)

I was at Walmart and decided to pick up a couple of things!
• Mascara- I had been wanting a clear mascara so I could curl my eyelashes and make them stay without them looking like I have any makeup on! I thought I would give this Maybelline Clear mascara a try.
• Creme Shadow- I have been wearing a lot of pink on my eyes, so I picked up the  Inked in Pink 24 hour color tattoo. And this is also Maybelline!!

If you have tried any if these things out please let me know in the comments how you like them!! I might do a review over them soon! Thanks!!
